We are proud of the products we offer on this site and take every care to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely situation that a product proves to be faulty or fails to provide 100% satisfaction, we operate a full replace or refund policy.

Should you have a complaint against Maiagrace Co for whatever reason please do not hesitate to email us at sales@maiagrace.co.uk or contact us by telephone.

Your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and any suggestions that might improve our service will be considered in great detail. Maiagrace Co will endeavour to respond to any form of complaint within five working days from receiving your email or call.

If you are returning goods for which you placed an order and have been delivered in good condition but for some reason are no longer required, you must notify us within 7 days of the goods being delivered to you. Goods which are returned to us without prior notification will be rejected.

Any charges or expenses incurred in returning the goods to us are strictly non refundable, however, we will refund the original shipping charges.

Please note that goods returned to us for refund must be in perfect condition (resalable) and all original packaging should be included.

If you are returning goods which are faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged – please notify us as soon as the damage or fault is noticed.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days after the notification date for domestic customers and 30 days for international customers. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials included.

Please be aware that any item that has had its tags cut off, washed, altered, or blemished in any way will be refused.

Sale items or items purchased with a coupon code can also be returned for a full refund or exchange with the exception of occasional final clearance items which are marked down 50% or more from original prices. Final clearance items will be marked as thus in the product description.
Free Shipping of items being sent by maiagrace for an exchange is only available when the exchange is due to goods being faulty, incorrectly supplied or found to be damaged on arrival.

You will receive an email notification with all the details of your return once it has been processed which normally takes approximately 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card holder may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Please note that due to the ‘handmade’ nature of the products we offer, there may be small differences between colours, sizes and weight indicated on the site. These small differences should be seen as demonstrating the unique and individual nature of our products rather than be seen as a ‘fault’ in manufacture.
