Our Price Watch system enables you to do just that - we will not be beaten on price - if you see a similar product offered for sale in the UK by an internet retailer, simply let us know. If the inclusive price for a similar product offered by one of our competitors is cheaper than our price, we will match that price and offer you a bonus for your trouble.

The process is simple - send us an email - try to include our product name / ref number and details of / link to the product you want us to consider. Please read the terms and conditions for this service below.

Terms and Conditions

1. The product you ask us to consider as part of our Price Watch System must be a product which has a published and advertised price
2. The product must be offered for sale by an internet retailer in the UK
   
3. The considered product must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of consideration
4. The price we consider will be the inclusive delivered price i.e. including purchase price, delivery and packaging, tax etc. (some retailers offer a low purchase price and high delivery charges) We will match the inclusive price you pay 'delivered to your door'
5. By 'similar' we mean a product which is of the same quality, material, size, colour, function etc.
6. We can only make a single offer under the Price Watch System - we will not enter a 'bidding war' with another retailer
7. Any offer made will be valid for 7 days only from the date we issue the offer
8. We will implement our Price Watch Offer by issuing an electronic voucher enableing you to make a purchase on our system at the agreed price
9. When dispatching goods purchased under our Price Watch System, we will include a bonus item / gift free of charge
10. Our decisions regarding the similarity / validity of products requested for consideration shall be regarded as final in all cases
11. Use of or participation in our Price Watch System shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
