We carry a large stock of the items displayed / offered on our website ready for immediate delivery anywhere in the UK. We can make deliveries to any country / location but it would be necessary to contact us in order to arrange the best possible delivery method.

Normally, we aim to deliver any orders to the customer within 5 working days via a safe and secure courier service and we provide this service free of charge. However, at certain times of the year (peak demand) delays may be experienced. We will notify customers of delays and in any circumstances expect delivery to be completed within 10 working days.

We always notify our customers if there are any known delays for their orders. The charges for delivery are indicated in the ‘shopping cart’ at the point of ‘check out’.

We also offer an express delivery service and a named / nominated day service. The express service will deliver goods to you in 2 working days (ie if you order on Monday, you will receive delivery on Wednesday). The named day service will deliver on a specific day. There is a 6.00 pound charge for the express delivery or named day delivery, this charge is added to your order at checkout in the shopping cart. Our courier service is able to accommodate ‘special delivery instructions’ and we make every effort to contact customers to establish convenient delivery times.
